These terms govern the use of the trylayers.ai marketing website. Use of the Layers product itself is covered by a separate agreement, accepted when the account is created.
Purpose
The trylayers.ai website presents the Layers service and lets you contact the team. It does not give access to the product: the product is hosted separately and requires an account.
Browsing the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, it is up to you not to use it.
Access
The site is free to access. Network access costs remain yours.
We aim to keep the site continuously available without being bound to do so: interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or force majeure, without entitling you to compensation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to reach non-public parts of the site, not to disrupt its operation, and not to extract its content in bulk for the purpose of rebuilding or reselling it.
Automated agents may read the site within the limits set by its robots.txt file.
Site content
The information published here is provided for information only. The figures and examples shown illustrate how the service works; they are neither a contractual commitment nor a guarantee of results.
We may change the content of the site at any time, without notice.
Limitation of liability
We cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from use of the site, nor for third-party sites linked from it, whose content is outside our control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
